Adam Lambert: 'Excited' About Queen Opportunity » Gossip - Stepping out for a radio appearance, Adam Lambert was spotted heading into the BBC Radio 2 studios in London, UK on Wednesday afternoon (June 27).

The "Trespassing" singer looked glam-tastic in his usual black-heavy garb which he paired with a black and white striped undershirt and white shoes as he held up a peace sign for the awaiting photographers before heading inside.

Excited about his appearance, Lambert took to his Twitter page to keep his faithful fans in the know, writing, "On my way to @BBCBreakfast! Top o' the Mornin' to ya!"

Though Adam was happy about his awaiting London Glamberts, he seemingly was too thrilled about one thing, tweeting, "Loved seeing fans out front!! You're all so sweet! U pesky boys tryin to get me to sign sh*t for u to sell on eBay? Exploit someone else!"

The UK outing comes as the "American Idol" alum has been chosen to step into the shoes of former Queen frontman Freddie Mercury - as Adam is teaming up with the legendary band to perform around Europe with shows set to begin in a mere few days.

In a recent interview with BBC Breakfast, Lambert dished about the opportunity, saying, "It's such a great challenge, I'm so excited. We've been rehearsing for the last few weeks and it's actually surprisingly comfortable.''

Earlier today, Congressman Luis Gutierrez used a side by side screenshot of Selena and her pop star beau Justin Bieber as an example of Arizona’s immigration law.

The photos were used to show just how difficult it is for law enforcement to tell the difference between American and non-American citizens - as Bieber physically appears more the part of an American, but is in fact Canadian.

Aside from his ambitious actor/director effort, Joseph can be seen in a just-released international trailer for his upcoming Sony Pictures motion picture, “Looper.”

The Rian Johnson crime/thriller takes place in the year 2042 while finding a mob hitman assassinate targets that arrive from the future of 2072. For the hitman, this is all just a job until his next target becomes himself from the future.

Of selecting Mr Hemsworth, AIF President Andrew Warne said, “We are delighted to honor Liam Hemsworth with the 2012 Breakthrough Award. The string of his upcoming films demonstrates an undeniable star power. From The Expendables 2, opposite Sylvester Stallone, and Paranoia, opposite screen legends Gary Oldman and Harrison Ford, to Arabian Nights, with Dwayne Johnson and Sir Anthony Hopkins, we believe this is only the beginning for Liam Hemsworth.”

Also making an appearance at the event - which gives a scholarship opportunity to an emerging Australian actor - was the lovely Abbie Cornish, who made a beautiful arrival in an elegant white gown.
