The tabloid has snapped photos of Smart allegedly exiting just such an establishment in Hell's Kitchen, where an employee named Bibi confirms she witnessed Casper entering, sticking around for about 10 minutes and then leaving.

"He is a nice man. He has strong muscles," Bibi tells the magazine, sounding like someone who has talked to Casper and maybe even seen him shirtless.

Smart and Lopez have grown quite serious in the last year or so, with insiders saying the backup dancer is totally smitten with his older ladyfriend.

But that's not how a worker at a gay peep show downstairs from the massage parlor in question sees it.

"Casper has gone to the exotic massage parlor twice this month," Don Jayasinha says.

Smart's reps actually do acknowledge that he's been on this NYC block, but they claim it was purely to get a new tattoo. Is that a believable story? You tell us, but only after hearing from the photographer who snapped the images of Casper that In Touch has published.

He says the dancer looked “relaxed” as he exited the establishment. That pretty much settles it, doesn't it?

Sources say the shot was taken some time in the last year, with celebrity photographer Vijat Mohindra behind the camera.

Cyrus and Mohindra do have an established, close relationship, as he actually documented Miley’s Gypsy Heart tour in the spring of 2011.

This picture was allegedly part of a private spread the star arranged for Hemsworth, and while there's no verification at the moment that it's definitively Cyrus, she does have that same dream catcher tattoo along her side.

How did it get out? It's unclear. Should you feel dirty starting, guys? Maybe, but you at least don't need to feel like a criminal: Miley was 18 at the time.

UPDATE: It appears as if this photo is simply available on Mohindra's official website. It's one of many the photographer has posted of Cyrus under his Client List.

Simply put: Yes, "Taylor is officially dating Conor Kennedy," the tabloid reports.

It's been a difficult time for the 18-year old recently, as his mother hanged herself in May. But Swift has been there Conor and she's received the Kennedy stamp of approval in the process.

“The show’s about kids and what you do to nurture their talent," he said. "They wanted me to take the piss out of the kids and I don’t have that in me. That’s not what I’m about.”

American Idol, of course has moved on from Tyler and from J. Lo. Mariah Carey has signed on, with Nick Jonas and Pharrell Williams both rumored to join her.

The signatures of Janet Jackson - who was accused of a physical and verbal altercation with Paris Jackson - Rebbie, and Randy remain on the letter.

All are still barred from their mom's house by court order. Prince, Paris and Blanket are under the temporary guardianship of TJ Jackson, Tito's son.

So claim a pair of tabloid cover stories this week, both of which have prompted Jennifer Lopez and her boyfriend to threaten lawsuits against the publications behind them.

The first, from In Touch, quotes a couple of employees at a massage parlor in New York City who allege Smart has stopped by for appointments there twice in the last month.

Star, meanwhile, asserts that the dancer was caught at a peep show in the Big Apple last month, somewhere that's a "well-known cruising spot for gay men looking for instant hookups."

According to TMZ, the couple's attorneys, Shawn Holley and Howard Weitzman, have sent letters to both magazine warning that the "reports" are "false, malicious and defamatory" and will cause "immense damage" to Jennifer and Casper's careers and reputations. They pair will follow up with legal action unless retractions are printed.

No response so far from In Touch or Star.

The Aron Eli Coleite written drama is "a 180-degree approach to the usual apocalypse scenario and instead focuses on several people as they reconcile their fate on Earth's last day."

The movie focuses on three separate story lines, which include a veteran broadcaster in London, a 16-year old girl and her boyfriend in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and a family man living in Shanghai.

As of right now, no date has been announced for the start of production.

The American Idol gig wasn't all bad, though. After all, Tyler did make a reported $10 million per season and he got to hang out with some very famous faces. "I loved it and hated it," he admitted. "It was a great job, I sat next to J. Lo and I made a ton of money. It was a moment in life and it became larger than life."

• 3 was not CBS lucky number. The network has canceled the dating show after just two episodes. Based on a series from Israel, 3 followed three very different single women who were looking for true love. The series failed to grab much of an audience in its first two outings so CBS has yanked it and will air repeats of The Good Wife until the drama returns in September.

• Another Friday Night Lights alum is headed to Parenthood! Former FNL EP and current Parenthood showrunner Jason Katims has already had Michael B. Jordan and Minka Kelly on the show, and now comes word that Matt Lauria will join the NBC drama for Season 4 (via TVLine).

Lauria will play a returning soldier from Afghanistan who bonds with fellow war vet Zeek (Craig T. Nelson). Parenthood's fourth season premieres on Tuesday, Sept. 11 at 10pm.

Lulu Gainsbourg's From Gainsbourg to Lulu, out October 30 on MBM Records, features a special collection of collaborations featuring Rufus Wainwright, Johnny Depp, Vanessa Paradis, and Iggy Pop, among others. 5. Nancy Kerrigan

Then: Just seven weeks after being clubbed in the right knee (allegedly by someone hired by rival figure skater Tonya Harding) Nancy Kerrigan won the silver medal at the 1994 Lillehammer Winter Olympics.

Now: Kerrigan kept up her ice skating in a variety of ice shows and even had a small part in the movie Blades of Glory. She also created the Nancy Kerrigan Foundation to raise awareness and support for the vision impaired.

One of the most popular and acclaimed novels since the turn of the century, Life of Pi, is coming to the big screen very soon and its first trailer debuted this past week. Ang Lee directs and the preview is noteworthy for many reasons but none moreso than its vivid colors and picturesque views of the ocean adventure. For those not familiar, the story follows the journey of Pi, a young Indian boy who spends 227 days stranded in a small boat with a Bengal tiger named Richard Parker. For those of us who love to see man tested by the wildest of beasts, Life of Pi represents a romantic struggle.
