Matthew Fox: Assault Lawsuit Dropped
He’s breathing a bit easier today, and Matthew Fox is relieved that Heather Bormann isn’t moving forward with her assault lawsuit.
According to a report, the Cleveland, Ohio bus driver will no longer seek legal action against the “Lost” star and has dismissed her lawsuit with prejudice.
In response, Fox immediately retracted his countersuit that previously claimed Bormann had defamed him with her erroneous allegations.
However, Matthew’s former costar Dominic Monaghan is now claiming that Fox has a history of roughing up women, which would make Bormann’s claim that he punched her in the vagina seem credible.
