The tabloid has snapped photos of Smart allegedly exiting just such an establishment in Hell's Kitchen, where an employee named Bibi confirms she witnessed Casper entering, sticking around for about 10 minutes and then leaving.

"He is a nice man. He has strong muscles," Bibi tells the magazine, sounding like someone who has talked to Casper and maybe even seen him shirtless.

Smart and Lopez have grown quite serious in the last year or so, with insiders saying the backup dancer is totally smitten with his older ladyfriend.

But that's not how a worker at a gay peep show downstairs from the massage parlor in question sees it.

"Casper has gone to the exotic massage parlor twice this month," Don Jayasinha says.

Smart's reps actually do acknowledge that he's been on this NYC block, but they claim it was purely to get a new tattoo. Is that a believable story? You tell us, but only after hearing from the photographer who snapped the images of Casper that In Touch has published.

He says the dancer looked “relaxed” as he exited the establishment. That pretty much settles it, doesn't it?

Sources say the shot was taken some time in the last year, with celebrity photographer Vijat Mohindra behind the camera.

Cyrus and Mohindra do have an established, close relationship, as he actually documented Miley’s Gypsy Heart tour in the spring of 2011.

This picture was allegedly part of a private spread the star arranged for Hemsworth, and while there's no verification at the moment that it's definitively Cyrus, she does have that same dream catcher tattoo along her side.

How did it get out? It's unclear. Should you feel dirty starting, guys? Maybe, but you at least don't need to feel like a criminal: Miley was 18 at the time.

UPDATE: It appears as if this photo is simply available on Mohindra's official website. It's one of many the photographer has posted of Cyrus under his Client List.

It's been a difficult time for the 18-year old recently, as his mother hanged herself in May. But Swift has been there Conor and she's received the Kennedy stamp of approval in the process.

The signatures of Janet Jackson - who was accused of a physical and verbal altercation with Paris Jackson - Rebbie, and Randy remain on the letter.

All are still barred from their mom's house by court order. Prince, Paris and Blanket are under the temporary guardianship of TJ Jackson, Tito's son.

The first, from In Touch, quotes a couple of employees at a massage parlor in New York City who allege Smart has stopped by for appointments there twice in the last month.

Star, meanwhile, asserts that the dancer was caught at a peep show in the Big Apple last month, somewhere that's a "well-known cruising spot for gay men looking for instant hookups."

According to TMZ, the couple's attorneys, Shawn Holley and Howard Weitzman, have sent letters to both magazine warning that the "reports" are "false, malicious and defamatory" and will cause "immense damage" to Jennifer and Casper's careers and reputations. They pair will follow up with legal action unless retractions are printed.

No response so far from In Touch or Star.

As of right now, no date has been announced for the start of production.

• Another Friday Night Lights alum is headed to Parenthood! Former FNL EP and current Parenthood showrunner Jason Katims has already had Michael B. Jordan and Minka Kelly on the show, and now comes word that Matt Lauria will join the NBC drama for Season 4 (via TVLine).

Lauria will play a returning soldier from Afghanistan who bonds with fellow war vet Zeek (Craig T. Nelson). Parenthood's fourth season premieres on Tuesday, Sept. 11 at 10pm.

"Pound the Alarm" looks like it was crafted specifically to boost tourism to the tiny island nation, with its sweeping panoramic seashore shots and glimpses into the brightly-hued bash that is Carnival. Robert Pattinson Is Hiding Out at Reese Witherspoon's Ojai Estate » Gossip - Though Reese Witherspoon once complained about having to make out with Robert Pattinson on the set of Water for Elephants, the former co-stars are still pretty close. Close enough that Pattinson felt comfortable asking if he could hang out at Witherspoon's sprawling home in Ojai, California, after news that his longtime girlfriend Kristen Stewart had cheated on him broke, anyway.

Though it's been reported that Pattinson is partying up a storm in London, People reports that he's taken refuge at the same country mansion where Witherspoon wed CAA agent Jim Toth last year.

Neither Pattinson nor Kristen Stewart have been spotted since pictures of her marathon makekout session with Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders appeared in Us Weekly last week. Sanders, meanwhile, stepped out on Monday with his wedding ring plainly visible on his left hand.

Though Reese, 36, is now happily married and expecting a child, she weathered a cheating scandal of her own back in 2006, when rumors swirled that her then-husband Ryan Phillippe was getting a little too close to his Stop-Loss co-star Abbie Cornish. The pair divorced the following year.

• The Anthony Mandler-directed "short film" for Justin Bieber's new single "As Long As You Love Me" debuted Wednesday morning, giving preteen girls everywhere strange tingly feelings.



The music video co-stars B-movie great Michael Madsen as a cruel, violent father determined to keep Justin away from his pretty daughter. Despite a dramatic, spoken intro, the video isn't nearly as theatrical as it could have been, clocking in at just under six minutes. Bieber doesn't get much of a chance to show off his thespian skills — his lines are limited to standard rebellious teen petulance — but he does explore exciting new thematic territory. Yep: Sex and violence are now on the table.

"As Long As You Love Me" is thankfully free of the brazen hypersexuality that characterizes a lot of aging teen idols' later work (ahem, Miley Cyrus), but the video does include snippets of a bedroom scene that has Justin getting horizontal with a pretty model who appears further along in her physical development than he. And, as hinted in preliminary photos leaked from the video's set, Bieber's character does get beaten and bloodied.

TVLine reports that Homeland actress Melissa Benoist and Broadway actress Becca Tobin have been cast in the show's fourth season. Benoist and Tobin will play new McKinley High students Marley and Kitty, respectively.

In addition to her role on Homeland, Benoist has previously appeared in The Good Wife, Law & Order: SVU, and Blue Bloods. Tobin, a newcomer to the world of TV, has performed with Rock of Ages on Broadway.

The new Glee girls join Dean Geyer (Terra Nova) and Jacob Artist (Blue Lagoon: The Awakening), who were tapped earlier this month to play a handsome upperclassman at NYADA and Puck’s younger half-brother Jake.

Glee Project alums Samuel Larsen and Alex Newell are also expected to return to the show on a recurring basis. All of the core cast is returning for Glee's fourth season, although it's unclear how often we will see many of the characters. According to reports, only Lea Michele will appear in every episode of the upcoming season.
